BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER · Be 10000% sure before buying the item. · Triple check the details you've given before placing your order to avoid confusion as for the order confirmation that will be sent to your email account is automated. · Make reading a habit. Kindly read everything stated on our twitter posts and in every product description here in our site. · Be Patient. Holidays and natural disasters may affect the arrival of your orders and would change it's ETA. · Your feedback matters to us. After receiving your order/s kindly leave a feedback on our twitter account. · Please don't be rude to the owner and to the admins :) 2. PAYMENT POLICY · Please pay before or within the said DOP. Late payments will be charged ₱25 per day. · Payments are non-refundable. We will only refund once items are out of stock. 3. SHIPPING · A photo will be sent to you before we ship your order/s to ensure that the product is safe and secured before we hand them to local couriers. · Shipping forms will be sent upon the arrival of your orders in our address. · Normal ETA usually takes 4-6 weeks or 1-2 months after release from South Korea. 4. CANCELATION OF ORDERS · Cancellation of orders are strictly PROHIBITED. · If you still wish to cancel your order you have to pay 60% of the amount of your order/s. 5. RETURN/EXCHANGE · No unboxing video = no return/refund/exchange · We do not accept reasons such as damaged outer box/sleeve/case/cover as it is made for protecting the product underneath. · We are not liable for any damage caused by the local couriers. Rest assured that we will pack your orders safe & secured before handling it to couriers.
